ES13771 Elastomer release agent is a kind of release agent special designed with fluorine polymer Teflon. lt is a new generation of fluoro-silicon release agent developed specifically for the growing polyurethane elastomer market.
 
lt is good on forming a layer of dense, smooth, insulating, acid and alkali resistant, high-temperature corrosion resistant Teflon film on the surface of the mold, which can quickly, efficiently and continuously separate the mold from the product.

 

• This product can be used perfectly in polyester system and polyether system.

 

• Efficiently and effectively for it’s strong demoulding force and spraying one time can be demoulding continuously.

 

• It will not affect the secondary processing process of the products produced, and can easily complete the bonding, painting and other processes without cleaning the products.
