1801/53 is a non-ionic modified silicon wax composite emulsion specially developed by Yifan for the automotive soft foam market, with minimal surface tension, good thermal oxidation stability, small viscosity temperature coefficient, good volatility, and multi-interface properties. And only a small amount spraying of it but achieve the purpose of release in automotive industry.

• It is advantage to keep the products'surface in dry and non-greasy with good opening effect and makes the sponge keep a strong sound absorption and noise reduction function.

• It is significantly on cutting down the production cost and time and improving the working environment and labor intensity and different from the traditional soft foam release agent.
