1801/53 is a non-ionic modified silicon wax composite emulsion specially developed by Yifan for the automotive soft foam market, with minimal surface tension, good thermal oxidation stability, small viscosity temperature coefficient, good volatility, and multi-interface properties. And only a small amount spraying of it but achieve the purpose of release in automotive industry.
 
 

• This size of Water-based silicone wax emulsion not only cutting down the production cost and time, but improve the working environment and labor intensity and different from the traditional soft foam release agent.  

 

• It is widely used on the production of the car carpet, car sound insulation parts etc. Especially on car seat, it is good to keep it's surface dry and non-greasy with good opening effect. And it makes the sponge keep a strong sound absorption and noise reduction function.
