Wax Based Release Agent   

Description: 

This product is specially designed for polyurethane slow rebound and similar low mold temperature products.
 
It adopts a special low temperature production process. It is suitable for mold temperature below 60 degrees working environment,
 
At the mold temperature below 60 degrees, it has better film formation, leveling and ductility than other products, so it can obtain better continuous release ability and less spray amount in actua spraying

Characteristics:       

• Super continuous demudding ability, in a silent way, quietly lurking in the mold cavity, almost will not have any contamination with the product, especially suitable for the production of colored polyurethane products, will not transfer the product surface wax scale

• Slow scaling, almost can not feel the existence of wax

• The surface of the product can get dry skin feeling
